We are looking for an expert with deep experience in electrical design, including medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, and high-reliability system architecture. You bring to the team: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * Professional Engineer (PE) license. * 12+ years of electrical engineering experience, with a strong emphasis on data center or mission critical facility design. * Demonstrated expertise in medium- and low-voltage systems within buildings, including redundancy strategies, power quality, and maintainability. * Proven ability to lead complex technical efforts and serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and clients. * Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts. * A passion for technical excellence, mentorship, and continuous improvement. ## Description We are Olsson.
