Our client, a world leader in semiconductors, is looking for an "IT Support Analyst" based out of Austin, TX., This position provides hands-on technical support for corporate end users, laptops, desktops, and applications.
Responsibilities:

 * Provide Level 2 desktop/end-user support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

 * Support Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.

 * Image, provision, deploy, and troubleshoot laptops and workstations.

 * Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and user accounts.

 * Work with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Jamf.

 * Manage tickets using ServiceNow or another IT ticketing platform.

 * Provide basic Zoom/Teams and conference-room issue triage.
