## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology.
 * 3+ years of professional Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience in a production facility.
 * Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
 * Hands-on experience with common measurement equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
 * Proven experience troubleshooting analog, RF, and/or digital circuits, including identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
 * Component and/or system-level troubleshooting experience, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems at multiple levels of complexity.
 * Ability to interpret test requirements, electrical test results, and technical data, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, with the willingness to comply with all applicable security regulations and procedures.

 * Experience with automated test systems and manufacturing processes, including familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.

 * Strong teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
