This role bridges advanced geospatial data analytics, database management, and field validation with Air Force Real Property and installation infrastructure requirements. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience identifying complex spatial data gaps, performing enterprise-level data remediation, and translating spatial findings into actionable business intelligence using modern analytics platforms., Geospatial Analysis & Data Remediation - Identify, investigate, and remediate complex spatial and attribute data gaps across Air Force geospatial datasets. - Evaluate linear structure geometry, segmentation, length, and classification discrepancies between GIS layers and property management systems (e.g., NexGen IT / TRIRIGA). - Execute advanced spatial QA/QC routines to detect missing, obsolete, duplicated, or fragmented spatial data. Technical Assistance & Field Validation - Lead virtual technical assistance sessions with base-level Geospatial Integration Offices (GIO) and Real Property personnel to troubleshoot complex mapping issues. - Conduct targeted site visits and field validation available tools when desktop data is insufficient. - Establish clear validation boundaries for underground utilities and linear assets, converting data uncertainty into defined engineering/survey requirements.
