## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
\n

 * 1 -5 years' experience working as an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
\n

 * 2-3 years' hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Eng agement, or a comparable platform.
\n

 * Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, business requirements, and user support.
\n

 * Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure integrations, reporting, testing, and data management.
\n

 * Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
\n

 * Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others.
\n

 * Strong customer service orientation.
\n

 * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
\n

 * Ability to handle confidential and sen s itive information with integrity.
\n

 * Ability to speak and read Eng li sh proficiently.
\n

 * Valid drivers' lic en se and clean MVR .
\n

 * Ability to pass a backg round check and dru g screen, where app lic able for position.
\n

 * Ability to obtain or currently retains a Fin g er p rint Clearance Card.
\n

## Description

* Administers and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Eng agement and related customer-facing app lic ations.
\n

 * Configures and maintains forms, views, tables, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
\n

 * Troubleshoots app lic ation, integration, and data issues and coordinates resolution with internal teams and vendors.
\n

 * Partners with IT, Marketing, and Retail to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
\n

 * Supports Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, and other approved Microsoft integrations, as app lic able.
\n

 * Monitors data quality and performs validation, cleanup, dedup lic ation, and integrity checks.
\n

 * Supports testing, release validation, documentation, reporting, and end-user training.
\n

 * Coordinates user access, environment governance, and support procedures in alignment with IT standards.
\n

 * Compiles analysis and reporting for software initiatives and projects.
\n

 * Models Goodwill Core Values - Trust, Collaboration, Eng agement, Ownership, and Innovation.
\n

 * Performs other related duties, as assigned.
\n
