Reporting to the Head of North American Engineering, this leader will be accountable for technical execution excellence, team development, and the implementation of new tools and processes that elevate both quality and operational performance. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of power conversion systems, a proven track record of leading remote engineering teams, and the leadership presence to drive accountability and collaboration across a matrixed organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape the capability and culture of a growing team at the forefront of the energy transition. This role will report out of our Pittsburgh office.
