 * CI/CD: GitLab pipelines, ArgoCD

 * Scripting: Python or Bash

Observability & Security

 * Monitoring: Splunk

 * Secrets Management: HashiCorp Vault

 * Security Tools: Tanium, Qualys

AI & Automation (Mandatory - 50%)

 * Experience with AI assistants (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q or similar)

 * Use of AI for automation, troubleshooting, and documentation

 * Understanding of AIOps concepts (anomaly detection, predictive alerts)

 * Awareness of AI agent frameworks / LLM integrations

Key Tools & Platforms

 * CaaS: Kubernetes, Rancher, Portworx, Helm, ArgoCD
