Experience: * Experience in enterprise network operations or network security environments. * Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Architecture and large-scale device management preferred., * Experience with Forescout, Infoblox, or Axonius platforms. * Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and workflow automation tools. * Exposure to Zero Trust Network Architecture and IoT/OT device classification. * Basic scripting or automation experience, preferably Python. Skills: * Zero Trust network security operations. * Forescout NAC and Infoblox DDI. * DNS, DHCP, and IPAM management. * 802.1X, RADIUS, MAB, VLANs, TCP/IP networking. * ITIL incident, change, and problem management. * ServiceNow CMDB. * PowerApps / Power Automate. * Network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
