This involves rolling the cheese in fruit, nuts, or flavors and ensuring the finished rolls are efficiently loaded onto packaging lines. You will be responsible for lifting boxes onto pallets, conducting visual inspections, and ensuring the cheese is properly shredded and packaged. Responsibilities * Lift up to 40lbs consistently throughout the day onto conveyors and tables. * Perform visual inspections of cheese to ensure no plastic remains before shredding. * Use sharp tools to remove plastic from cheese blocks. * Bag shredded cheese into designated portions. * Attach labels as required. * Comply with GMP standards, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, smocks, and steel-toed shoes. * Maintain a smoke-free environment on campus., Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, for all positions located in the city and county of San Francisco, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
