Preferred education and/or experience: * Experience with the following technologies: o Asp.net o MVC o HTML5 o CSS, including CSS3 o Entity Framework o Classic ASP 0 VBScript o SQL Server Stored Procedures o Angular.js * A solid understanding of design principles (physical and logical) and architecture. * Experience with Transact-SOL using Microsoft SQL Server. Extensive knowledge of relational database design, stored procedure creation, and query building using SQL Server. * Experience leading the development of highly performing business applications in a multi-tier architecture. * Experience leading a team to use structured source control using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Visual Source Safe. * Experience working in an environment using Extreme Programming practices. * Experience working in an Agile environment. * Experience with an Agile Requirements Management tool, such as TFS or Jira. D. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills. * Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook. * Skill in oral and written communications, establishing working relationships with others, effective decision making and conflict resolution. E. Ability to m Specialized training, certifications, or other special requirements: * An active Scrum certification and MCSD - Microsoft Software Developer are desired but not required. F.
