* 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer
 * 7+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, TA, TM, Benefits, Retirement)
 * 7+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
 * 7+ years building OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
 * Strong experience with SQL / PL/SQL
 * Experience leading or supporting multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations
 * Experience training and mentoring technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

 * Python scripting experience
 * Experience with ATP, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, and SFTP
 * Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
 * Consulting or systems integrator background
 * Familiarity with Redwood Pages, OGL, and Recruitment Booster

## Description

Seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with a strong hands-on development background. This role is strictly technical (not functional) and focuses on integrations, reports, data conversions, extensions, and customization for a new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation., * Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, extensions, and data migrations

 * Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and design RICEW objects
 * Build inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
 * Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
 * Perform data conversions using HDL, HCM Extracts, UCM, and MFT
 * Customize and personalize HCM pages using sandbox environments
 * Support HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management
 * Lead technical development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members
 * Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities
 * Maintain documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices
