Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): * Familiarity with federal ICT accessibility policy and governance including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) accessibility requirements, the 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act (IDEA), and relevant Office of Management and Budget memoranda. * DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester Certification (Trusted Tester version 5 or newer). * Additional professional certifications such as IAAP CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or Certified Scrum Master. * Experience working within Agile, DevSecOps, or CI/CD development environments. * Experience training teams on ICT accessibility standards and best practices. * Expertise in remediating digital documents including PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. ## Description DT Professionals is seeking a DHS Certified Trusted 508 Tester to join our team in a remote capacity. This role will be responsible for evaluating digital products and information and communication technology (ICT) to ensure compliance with the Revised Section 508 Standards and applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The tester performs manual and automated accessibility testing of websites, web applications, software, and digital documents.
