* Bachelor's Degree OR 8+ years of related work experience post high school, * 5+ years of information technology quality assurance and systems/application testing experience
 * Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 * Experience creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
 * Experience with unit, integration, and system testing
 * Experience working with functional and technical Business Analysts
 * Ability to understand business requirements and develop test scenarios
 * Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
 * Ability to multitask and adapt to changing scope and timelines
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Skills

 * Knowledge of medical care, government programs, and commercial lines-of-business
 * Project management certification and experience
 * Bilingual language skills

## Description

* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Claims Operations systems
 * Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) events
 * Develop and manage UAT test plans and execution activities
 * Perform positive and negative testing to validate business requirements
 * Manage test case development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
 * Collaborate with IT, CORE, and Claims teams
 * Participate in data mining and requirement review activities
 * Identify and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans
 * Ensure all business requirements are validated prior to production release
