This role requires strong organizational leadership across our product, autonomy, infrastructure, systems, operations and testing teams in order to achieve company milestones. We are seeking an individual who excels at leading the team by example, working in ambiguity, developing technical roadmap for sustaining and future products/programs, and driving strategic alignment across the organization. A candidate for this role will bring an understanding of what's required to deliver a driverless robotaxi (or comparable autonomous system) and will champion the effort to define and achieve the "definition of done". This position offers a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise in autonomous system technologies with organizational leadership and executive exposure.
