 * 60 months of experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Jira plug-ins, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center
 * 60 months of experience configuring automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or similar tools
 * 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and execution, preferably within the Health and Human Services (HHS) domain
 * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

## Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Selenium Tester to oversee quality assurance efforts across complex, high-impact projects. This role requires strong leadership experience, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to manage testing activities within a dynamic, matrixed environment., * Lead end-to-end testing activities including planning, execution, and reporting

 * Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium or similar tools
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
 * Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
 * Provide leadership and guidance to testing teams
 * Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices
