This role is responsible for leading maintenance activities, supervising vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems operate efficiently and without interruption. \n The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise in critical infrastructure systems, and a proactive approach to maintaining uptime and operational integrity., n \n * Manage the maintenance and operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and life safety systems within the Data Center \n * Perform routine and ad hoc site inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance \n * Monitor, respond to, and escalate Data Center alarms and system alerts \n * Lead and coordinate third-party vendors performing maintenance and repair activities \n * Review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs), scripts, and maintenance plans \n * Supervise all critical maintenance activities to ensure adherence to standards and safety protocols \n * Manage Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and operational budgets for the facility \n * Recommend and implement efficiency improvements and infrastructure upgrades \n * Support incident response and emergency operations, including after-hours and weekend work as needed \n, This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
