## About the Role

* Associate degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant clinical experience may be considered.
 * Two years of clinical laboratory, specimen processing, lab assistant, healthcare IT, or technical support experience preferred.
 * Knowledge of Chemistry, Hematology, and/or Microbiology laboratory workflows preferred.
 * Strong communication, customer service, computer, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Serve as the initial contact for Lab and Microbiology client support issues.
 * Document and manage tasks in the Case Management System.
 * Perform basic troubleshooting of application, system, and hardware issues.
 * Identify and escalate system-critical or complex issues.
 * Gather diagnostic information and route tasks to the appropriate technical teams.
 * Proactively communicate with clients regarding support needs.
 * Maintain compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and departmental requirements.
