This role is critical in delivering timely, customer-focused IT assistance, resolving technical issues, and maintaining secure and reliable access to mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and highly secure environments., Services to be performed include, but are not limited to: Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware. Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Assist with user account management, including account creation, password resets, and access control. Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the service ticketing system. Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams or higher-level technical staff.
