Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ## Description Under direct supervision, responsible for the collection, compilation, and manipulation of data to prepare basic quantitative analysis and recommendations to management., Essential duties may include: * Gathers and organizes information following present operating procedures. * Analyzes data gathered, develops information, and considers available solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. * Reviews documents for compliance and consistency with existing standards and/or regulations. * Provides technical assistance related to policies and practices to improve program operations. * Conduct digital data management activities to include comparing data on internal networks to FEMA databases, evaluating version control of historic and recently created data, identification of duplicative files. * Creates reports, completes tracking documentation and coordinates with various teams on project delivery * Conduct research and fulfill requests for data from internal and external customers. Communication with customers to provide status updates and provide subject matter expertise support. * Provide support to multiple tasks relating to the digitization, archival, and dissemination of FEMA products.
