Experience

 * Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
 * Five (5) additional years of System Administrator experience may be substituted for the required bachelor's degree.

Required Skills

 * Experience administering Linux and/or Windows enterprise environments
 * Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools
 * Experience supporting Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
 * Strong troubleshooting and systems administration skills
 * Experience supporting secure enterprise environments
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams

## Description

Staffed4U is recruiting for an experienced System Administrator Level 2 to support a mission-critical program in a fast-paced, highly secure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background administering enterprise IT environments and experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure, DevOps practices, and AWS technologies. This role is responsible for maintaining system availability, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring the reliability and security of mission systems.

 * Manage operating systems, servers, applications, and system services.
 * Support AWS cloud infrastructure and assist with cloud-based deployments.
 * Utilize DevOps tools and practices to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency.
 * Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and operating system problems.
 * Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and maintenance activities.
 * Implement security best practices and maintain compliance with customer requirements.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
 * Collaborate with engineers, developers, and cybersecurity teams to support mission objectives.
