This individual should be comfortable balancing hands-on engineering work with team leadership, product development, and strategic decision-making. ## Description We are seeking an exceptional hands-on CTO / Co-Founder to lead technology strategy, product architecture, and engineering execution for an early-stage AI company focused on transforming complex financial and operational workflows within a highly regulated industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-funded venture at the earliest stages and play a foundational role in building both the product and the company. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to move quickly from concept to scalable commercial product. This is not an advisory role. The successful candidate will be expected to actively design, build, and lead the development of the platform while recruiting and managing the initial engineering team. What You'll Build The company is developing an AI-powered platform that leverages workflow automation, data integrations, and advanced analytics to streamline complex business processes, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and increase operational visibility.
