## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
 * 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
 * Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
 * Experience with modern web development frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React of Blazor)
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices a plus
 * Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
 * Proficiency with Git version control and development workflows
 * Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively convey technical concepts
 * Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset

What You'll Do:

 * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment
 * Oversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and prioritization
 * Conduct regular code reviews, set coding standards, and encourage best development practices
 * Foster continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and career growth opportunities
 * Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions aligned with business needs
 * Collaborate with product managers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines
 * Drive architectural decisions, technical innovation, and maintain the overall technical health of the platform
 * Manage project delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality standards are met
 * Implement and optimize software development processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability
 * Identify and remove technical bottlenecks and barriers to team productivity
