## About the Role

* Cable Management & Electrical Safety
 + Hands-on experience with structured cabling, cable bundling standards, and EM shielding
 + Knowledge of electrical safety practices; NFPA 70E familiarity preferred
 + Experience with power balancing and safe cable routing
 * Fiber Optics Expertise
 + Understanding of fiber optic types and connector standards
 + Experience with fiber testing, cleaning, and scoping
 * Ticketing & Administrative Skills
 + Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
 + Strong written communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Break/Fix Support
 + Basic hardware troubleshooting and part replacement
 + Understanding of ESD protocols and safe handling practices
 * Networking Fundamentals
 + Familiarity with network topology and basic networking terminology
 + No advanced troubleshooting or CLI experience required

Additional Desired Knowledge

 * 3-Phase Power
 + General understanding of 3-phase power systems and data center power distribution
