Education: * High School Diploma required; further education in a relevant field is a plus. Additional Requirements: * CCNA certification preferred. * Willingness to work in hands-on roles within office and heavy-industry environments, including Data Center areas. * Demonstrated expertise through training or certification in related technologies, including: + Palo Alto/Firewall support. + Advanced IP routing (OSPF and BGP). + Data center network support (Arista platform). + Network security controls. + Scripting or programming in a network environment (e.g., Ansible). + Netbrain support.
