* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards/data visualization.
 * Strong communication and presentation skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

 * 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
 * Experience with vehicle launches, production startup, or launch readiness.
 * Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean Manufacturing.
 * Experience summarizing complex data for leadership.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workplace Integration (WPI) Data Coordinator to support vehicle launch activities in a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. This role will coordinate launch data, timing plans, KPIs, readiness metrics, and reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams., * Maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestones, and program tracking systems.

 * Track and report KPIs, readiness metrics, glide paths, and Plan-vs-Actual performance.
 * Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
 * Identify risks, gaps, schedule variances, and recovery opportunities.
 * Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations.
 * Coordinate WPI processes, meetings, reviews, documentation, and stakeholder actions.
 * Support pilot builds, production readiness, launch events, and resource planning.
 * Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and Lean initiatives.
