## About the Role

* BS Engineering (MS Preferred)
 * 9+ years of experience in weapons systems engineering, with significant experience leading complex projects.
 * Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test, incorporating complex threat scenarios.
 * Experience with and in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies

 * Ability to grow technical efforts and take on task leadership for the Company.
 * Exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to travel 6-12 trips per year with multiple destinations
 * Top Secret Security Clearance
 * Must be US Citizen

## Description

* Support GDA and Space Force with systems engineering and integration expertise
 * Serve as the technical authority on large-scale, complex weapons systems projects, providing strategic direction and oversight.
 * Design, develop, and integrate advanced system architecture, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and performance requirements.
 * Innovate and drive the development of new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
 * Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts across engineering disciplines, project management, and customers.
 * Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
 * Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap.
 * Provide periodic program reviews and technical presentations to high-ranking government and industry stakeholders.
 * Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
