## About the Role

* Hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, Hardware Technician, or similar role.
 * Strong experience with server/hardware replacement and hardware swaps.
 * Proven break/fix and hardware troubleshooting experience.
 * Experience working with rack-mounted and/or blade servers.
 * Knowledge of server components including HDD/SSD, RAM/DIMM, PSU, CPU, motherboard, NIC, fans, and RAID.
 * Experience with rack & stack, cabling, labeling, and equipment installation/removal.
 * Ability to read and follow technical procedures and hardware documentation.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced data center environment.
