Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # IT Analyst - Pharmacy - **Company:** Legacy - **Location:** Houston, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Data Analysis, EHR Systems, Information Technology - **Published:** September 11, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.thejobnetwork.com/job/d998c1b5-64b8-4c80-a29e-926567d1141d/application-it-analyst-pharmacy ## About the Role * High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Required 3 years previous experience in an Application Analyst Role in a clinical setting, including build, maintaining, support, and troubleshooting of clinical applications. * Preferred: Previous experience in inpatient or ambulatory setting. * Preferred: Previous experience with pharmacy platforms and automation experience (Medication Dispensing systems and robotics) * Previous experience with EHR systems and pharmacy platforms. * Bachelor s Degree is preferred. * Completion of approved technician training program with active Texas Board of Pharmacy License for Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or national certification (PTCB) is preferred. * Associate degree in HIT, informatics, or related field is preferred. * Previous experience with EPIC and PioneerRx. * Previous project management experience. * Previous experience developing and delivering technical training to adult learners. * Familiarity with pharmacy automation systems (PioneerRx, NEXiA and PickPoint) * Strong commitment to customer service and excellence in healthcare. * Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and technical teams. * Strong ability to learn and manage complex technical systems. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and State/Federal laws governing medical services. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. * Basic knowledge of statistics and graphical representation principles. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize., We are driven by a deep commitment to excellence in patient care and organizational improvement.
