The SSA plays a key role in solution delivery, technical design, and mentoring junior developers while working closely with the Lead System Architect (LSA)., * With the current opportunity, you will get to work with the team that has consistently been setting benchmarks for other deliveries in terms of delivery high CSATs, project completion on time and being one of the best teams to work for in the organization. * Should have good communication skills. * Working with middleware services that are core to the business. * Liaison with team for integration and testing * Unit Testing of service code * Bug Fixing identified during testing phase. About the practice/ Project: * ** Include a liner about the project/ account/ kind of work etc., Act as L4 SME and final escalation point for Cisco ACI issues. Design, implement and support ACI Fabric, APIC, Spine/Leaf and Nexus 9000. Strong knowledge of Tenant, VRF, BD, EPG, Contracts, Filters and VLAN Pools. Expert troubleshooting of L2/L3, VXLAN, COOP, vPC, BGP, OSPF and L3Out. Troubleshoot complex P1/P2 incidents, packet drops, endpoint learning, routing and connectivity issues. Hands-on with ELAM, SPAN, packet capture, moquery and acidiag. Experience with ACI Multi-Pod/Multi-Site and L4-L7 service integration. Integrate ACI with Firewalls, Load Balancers, VMware and external networks. Perform ACI/APIC upgrades, migrations, changes and health checks. Lead Cisco TAC escalations, RCA and problem management. Prepare HLD/LLD, MOP/SOP, RCA and technical documentation. Mentor L2/L3 teams and provide technical guidance.
