This integrated ecosystem is meticulously engineered to support the demands of commercial eVTOL operations. As a member of the technical program management team, you will lead the Battery System software domain, overseeing embedded C++ development for the BMS and Ground Charging System, along with model-based control algorithms. You will be responsible for facilitating design and driving execution through Scrum methodologies, managing DO-178C certification activities, and steering software through the release process for flight. In close partnership with the hardware and electrical PMs, you will manage the comprehensive Battery System technical roadmap, ensuring alignment on timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
