* Strong hands-on Windows administration and troubleshooting experience
 * Experience beyond traditional Tier 1/help desk support
 * Solid Active Directory and Microsoft ecosystem knowledge
 * Ability to independently troubleshoot and own technical issues through resolution
 * Strong communication and customer-facing skills
 * MSP, consulting, or multi-client experience is a strong plus
 * PowerShell, Azure/Entra ID, VMware, or Hyper-V experience is a plus

## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Windows and infrastructure issues
 * Support Windows Server and desktop environments
 * Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft technologies
 * Assist with deployments, upgrades, migrations, and general infrastructure projects
 * Troubleshoot networking, permissions, authentication, and connectivity issues
 * Document work clearly and communicate directly with technical teams and customers
