MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. (Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.) Understanding of SOX and data privacy standards in HRIS/Payroll environments preferred. ## Description Job DescriptionPosting Title: JDE Business Systems Analyst - HR/Payroll Reports To: Senior Manager, Financial Systems, ABOUT THE ROLEThe JDE HR/Payroll Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between HR/Payroll business units and the IT department to support, maintain, and improve the systems and processes that enable HR and Payroll operations. This role involves analyzing business needs, identifying system and process improvements, translating requirements into technical specifications, and working closely with developers and subject matter experts to implement solutions.
