Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s)., In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate: -Experience with SAS, SQL or other similar statistical software. -Experience working with health-care program data. -Experience working on multiple projects with competing deadlines. ## Description Under general direction of the Research Data Supervisor I (RD Sup I), the RDS I will perform a wide range of advanced research and data management and maintenance support tasks. The incumbent will develop, implement, maintain, and enhance database protocols related to health care policy and the Medi-Cal program as necessary to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Data Transparency Section within the DFB of the DAD, EDIM, and DHCS. The RDS I is responsible for independently developing complex Medi-Cal healthcare program analytic products in response to requests from internal and external DHCS stakeholders. The RDS I works independently and in partnership with researchers, contractors, and professionals from state and national agencies., The following items are required to be submitted with your application.
