This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the entire product lifecycle, from initial quote support and design interpretation through product launch and ongoing portfolio management., Required * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. * Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred * Experience supporting manufacturing operations, wire and cable products, harness assemblies, or other engineered products. * Knowledge of engineering change management processes and BOM creation/maintenance. * Experience with ERP, PLM, or product data management systems. * Understanding of product development and commercialization processes. * Experience working directly with customers to resolve technical issues and support product applications.
