 * 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role or hands-on engineering leadership positions

 * Contribute to application and solution architecture while leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions utilizing Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Data, JPA, Hibernate, and related technologies.
\n, Experience working within Agile delivery models and leading distributed Agile engineering teams., Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks and data-processing libraries.

Experience integrating AI services using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.

Experience in the Automotive industry.
