## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA, JSM, JWM and Confluence both from configuration standpoint and customization aspect
 * Configure, support and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, Add-ons and modules to expand the capabilities of Atlassian stack
 * Build Customized dashboards for JIRA Timely and cost-effective implementation
 * Expert in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins
 * Experience in JIRA performance tuning, database optimization, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience with JIRA analytics is a plus

Skills Preferred:

 * 3+ years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures and technologies (XML, JSON)
 * Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python and other programming languages
 * 5+ years of experience with Agile software development
 * 5+ years of Product Management experience in defining strategy, and roadmaps
 * Collaborate closely with different working streams, architects and engineers
 * Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
 * Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
