## Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative within a public sector environment.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will balance strategic leadership and hands-on program execution, ensuring successful delivery across application development, infrastructure, and business transformation efforts.

Core Responsibilities

 * Lead overall program execution for enterprise modernization initiatives
 * Manage timelines, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including:
 + Developers
 + Architects
 + Business Analysts
 + Stakeholders
 * Drive modernization strategy and transformation initiatives
 * Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
 * Ensure alignment with enterprise governance and compliance standards
 * Support Agile delivery frameworks and modernization roadmaps
 * Oversee:
 + Application modernization
 + Infrastructure planning
 + Operational continuity
 * Manage status reporting and executive-level communications
 * Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment
 * Support business continuity and application migration planning
 * Drive process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
 * Monitor program deliverables, quality, and outcomes
