Working closely with operational teams, leadership stakeholders, and external partners, you will embed sustainability considerations into key decision-making processes while improving reporting capabilities, governance standards, and programme performance., * Integrate sustainability considerations into business processes and project delivery frameworks. * Develop tools, workflows, and guidance that promote early-stage ESG adoption across programmes. * Identify opportunities to secure sustainability-related financial benefits, including incentives and certification-driven value. * Develop reporting mechanisms that clearly demonstrate commercial impact to leadership teams. * Maintain robust sustainability data governance practices, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness. * Lead sustainability certification efforts across eligible projects. * Act as the internal sustainability subject matter expert for customers, leadership teams, and project stakeholders. * Develop and manage sustainability roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, and risk registers. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance programme scalability and efficiency.
