Preferred Skills: * Firewall configuration and troubleshooting * Enterprise Wi-Fi solutions * Enterprise network switches * Network configuration: VLAN, QoS, LAG * Process/task automation solutions in business or other environments * Microsoft Azure * Google Workspace administration * Experience with managed services tools from vendors such as ConnectWise, Datto/Kaseya, etc. * Professional certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications, etc. * A bachelor's degree in a related area of study ## Description As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing both onsite and remote IT support directly to Enable clients. While resolving a wide range of issues, you will exercise thoughtful planning, careful execution, and effective teamwork, with a priority on building relationships. You should bring an impressive technical/networking competency, along with skills of tactful communication and excellent time and project management.
