## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related technical field
 * Minimum 4-6 years of experience in systems analysis or military simulation systems
 * Experience with scenario development and validation processes

## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) has a requirement for technical and engineering support in the systems engineering, integration, maintenance, documentation, and development and operation of training simulations. SimIS seeks a Technical Systems Analyst to provide analytical and technical support for shore-based training systems, focusing on scenario development, system integration, and performance analysis. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to analyze complex simulation systems and training requirements., * Conduct technical analysis of simulation systems and training requirements

 * Support scenario development, verification, and validation activities
 * Analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities
 * Develop technical documentation including specifications and procedures
 * Support configuration management activities and change control processes
 * Participate in technical review meetings and provide analytical input
 * Conduct system integration studies and compatibility assessments
 * Analyze training effectiveness and recommend system enhancements
 * Support engineering change proposal development and review
 * Prepare technical reports and briefings for management and government customers
