## Description

Kforce has a client seeking a IT Administrator in Auburn, CA. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a documentation project involving the creation and maintenance of site information records. This role will focus on collecting, organizing, updating, and consolidating site-related information, photographs, and supporting documentation into standardized formats. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and large volumes of information. Responsibilities:

 * Gather and organize information from multiple sources
 * Update and maintain site records, documentation, and photographs
 * Consolidate data into standardized templates and summary documents
 * Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
 * Maintain organized project files and document repositories
 * Track updates and ensure information remains current
 * Communicate effectively with team members to clarify and verify information
