Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or infrastructure support roles. * Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Windows 10 environments. * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management, licensing, and collaboration tools. * Experience supporting end-user hardware and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices. * Familiarity with network technologies such as VPNs, firewalls, wireless networking, and switch-based infrastructure. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, access management, and connectivity in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with Dell technologies and Citrix-based environments is preferred. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and global IT partners.
