## About the Role

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

 * 8 Years of experience in Project Manager roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
 * A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master's Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience., * TS/SCI with an active CI Polygraph
 * Proven track record of successfully delivering technical projects on time and within budget
 * Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
 * Proficiency with project management tools and software
 * Understanding of technical architecture, system integration concepts, and software development lifecycle
 * Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including potential shift work, * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
 * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
 * Background in software development, systems implementation, or technical infrastructure projects
 * Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches
 * Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
 * Contract management and vendor coordination experience

## Description

BI&A is seeking a Mid-Level IT Project Manager to be responsible for leading and delivering technical projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, company standards, and project objectives. Serves as the single point of contact for project stakeholders while managing technical direction, resources, and deliverables.
