## About the Role

* 5+ years of client-facing account management experience guiding teams through creative delivery in an agency or in-house studio environment.
 * 3+ years of formal project management experience managing digital creative projects end-to-end.
 * 3+ years of hands-on experience using enterprise workflow management tools (Adobe Workfront strongly preferred).
 * Proven experience supporting large-scale retail brands with promotional calendars, seasonal launches, and high-frequency campaign rotations.
 * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline (or 7+ years equivalent creative agency project management experience).

Desired Competencies:

 * Comprehensive understanding of digital creative workflows and asset production.
 * Confidence navigating multi-stakeholder corporate environments and regulated compliance/legal review cycles.
 * Proven ability to ramp quickly and lead projects independently from week one.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of digital creative campaigns for a high-volume retail brand. Operating as the primary operational client liaison, you will ensure projects launch on brief, on budget, and on schedule. You will run multiple fast-paced, concurrent promotional campaigns, navigating client feedback, approvals, and resourcing with operational precision., * Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client engagement, delivery status, timeline management, and issue resolution.

 * Manage intake and initiation for new creative requests-gathering requirements, defining deliverables, aligning scope/budgets, and establishing project plans in Workfront.
 * Collect and synthesize client feedback across creative phases, translating comments into actionable direction for internal creative and design teams.
 * Partner with Creative Directors, Resourcing, and Account Leadership to ensure optimal skill allocation and project tracking.
 * Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and budget burn while proactively mitigating delivery risks.
 * Coordinate required legal, brand, and compliance review processes to guarantee full sign-off prior to asset launch.
 * Maintain Workfront as the definitive source of truth for all milestone schedules, resource allocations, and operational reporting.
