## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is required.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in the electric utility industry, utility consulting, or utility technology implementation environment.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and integrating ADMS systems (MUST SHOW on resume).
 * Required experience implementing AspenTech Digital Grid Management solutions, including AspenTech Monarch Platform (MUST SHOW on resume).
 * Demonstrated experience leading workstreams, project teams, or major project deliverables.
 * Strong understanding of utility operations and grid modernization initiatives.
 * Experience gathering business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.
 * Experience leading testing, deployment, cutover, and operational readiness activities.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
 * Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
 * Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
