## Description

* Provide production and application support for Medicaid systems.
 * Perform real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA.
 * Support MFT, batch jobs, web services, and Linux-based systems.
 * Manage production deployments and operational readiness.
 * Use Splunk and SQL for monitoring and troubleshooting.
 * Develop SOPs and drive automation/continuous improvement.
