Work Experience * High school diploma or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology preferred. * At least eight (8) years of experience in building automation systems (BAS), HVAC, electrical, or related technical fields, preferred. * Master knowledge of construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, and building automation systems. * Mastery of system integration for low-voltage sub-systems using protocols such as BACnet, LON, SLC, TCP/IP, RS-485, and other relevant industry standards. * Master of technical skills in system troubleshooting, logic development, system optimization, and network device configuration. * Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, specifications and submittal information required. * Ability to mentor and support the technical growth of Integration Specialists I-IV. * An ability to serve as a technical consultant for large, multi-system projects and provide strategic technical guidance to stakeholders. * Strong technical proficiency in software and hardware commissioning, device compatibility, and system functionality. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and handheld devices such as smartphones and tablets. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and project stakeholders. * Creative problem-solver with a positive attitude & strong customer service skills. * Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. * Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. * Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment., Message and data rates may apply.
