## About the Role

* Expert-level experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Payroll.
 * Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Learning.
 * Experience assessing integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
 * Strong understanding of HR master data, including employee, organizational, and position data.
 * Experience leading current-state assessments, discovery sessions, and transformation roadmaps.
 * Experience developing SuccessFactors integration strategies for S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
 * Ability to evaluate legacy or shadow HR systems and recommend future-state solutions.
 * Strong client-facing, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
 * Must be available for onsite work in Oak Ridge, TN, during the first and final two weeks of the engagement.
 * Must be a U.S. citizen without dual citizenship.

## Description

We are seeking an expert-level SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Architect with strong payroll experience to support a Phase 0 Business Transformation Services engagement for a government client.
The position is expected to be primarily remote. The selected consultant will be required to work onsite in Oak Ridge, TN, during the first two weeks and final two weeks of the engagement, as well as for occasional workshops or project events., * Lead the current-state assessment of the client's SAP SuccessFactors environment.

 * Evaluate the SuccessFactors modules currently in use, including Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Learning.
 * Assess integration points between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC.
 * Review HR-related master data, including employee, organizational, and position data.
 * Lead functional discovery activities related to HR Core and Payroll.
 * Assess HR and payroll-related shadow systems, including Pension, SMAN, LMS, and the employee clearance tracking system.
 * Identify current-state gaps, integration requirements, dependencies, and transformation considerations.
 * Develop the SuccessFactors-to-S/4HANA Integration Strategy.
 * Produce a SuccessFactors Roadmap aligned with the organization's broader S/4HANA transformation.
 * Participate in onsite workshops and key project events as required.
 * Provide expert-level recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
