· Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting

· Phone systems experience desirable, but not required

· MCSE Certification is a plus, but not required

· A+ Certification is a plus, but not required

Skills/Abilities Required:

· Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Must have strong customer support abilities

· Must be willing to work in a plant / industrial environment

· Must be willing to travel as required to support additional plant

## Description

* Manage, support, and maintain:
 * Vendor Access Requests
 * All computer/network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers, and work stations
 * Security camera systems
 * Door readers and controller systems
 * Phone systems
 * All "Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems"
 * Work with end-users proposing new hardware and software solutions
 * Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production
 * Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues
 * Seek out opportunities to automate plant processes
 * Implement automated solutions plant-wide
 * Communicate Plant Systems Outages and Notices
 * Analyze software issues, installation, and testing of applications software/patches
 * Provide on-call support for complex software problems and issues
 * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
