 * 5+ years of application development experience
 * 3+ years of full stack application development experience

Desired Skills:

 * 5+ years of experience with Ruby or another object-oriented programming language
 * 2+ years of experience with Github Actions
 * Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations
 * Experience with AWS Administration
 * Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development
 * Familiarity with DevOps technologies and experience with AWS EKS and Argo CD
 * Ability to coach and teach other junior engineers
